How does Yoga impact your life?

Its a wonder really that practicing yoga contributes to my day to day life in so many ways such as: bringing me a sense of balance and calmness. Enabling me to get in touch with my internal sense of being (whatever it is) and be open to the world. Keeping me flexible and strong. Providing a continuous challenge physically and mentally. Last but not least practicing yoga it is a lot of fun!
