I grew up in Los Angeles California and moved to Zurich in 2014. I began my yoga journey when I was 15 years old after being diagnosed with scoliosis. I had grown up in the world of competitive sports, playing volleyball and was planning on possibly making that my career. However, my back had different plans for me. After trying chiropractors and physical therapy, I found yoga to be the thing that helped me the most. After I graduated from college with a degree in German studies, I moved to Germany and then eventually found my home in Zurich, where I currently live with my fiancé and our cat. I received my yoga teacher training certificate here in Zurich in 2018 and have been teaching since.
When I’m not practicing or teaching yoga, you’ll probably find me reading, watching true crime documentaries, or writing. I finished my Master’s degree in English literature and am currently working on my PhD. I love reading anything from the classics, modern day thrillers and horror stories to books about philosophy, yoga, theology and the occult. I love learning and consider myself a forever student.

One on One Treatments
I like to bring a mix of different elements to my classes. Growing up in LA, I bring a certain relaxed style and attitude to my teaching. I truly believe yoga is for every body and that the most important thing you can learn is how to listen to yours. I try to create an atmosphere where everyone is comfortable and included. I bring a sense to humor to what i teach, because I've learned it's important on this bizarre journey we're on, and yoga is no exception.
My classes are Hatha based, with some vinyasa elements thrown in. Being a student of literature, I also love to bring in myths and stories, as well philosophy and teachings, whether from the Hindu tradition or other cultures as well. I often bring in breathwork throughout the practice, and in person, you can expect a sound bowl or two and essential oils. I have a lot of different influences, and they show! Classes are usually mixed levels, with variations and suggestions for all levels.
PRIVATE YOGA CLASS
Whether you’re curious about beginning your yoga journey or you want to deepen your practice, private yoga classes can be a great opportunity.
I can tell you from personal experience, I used to be really nervous about going to certain yoga classes. Advanced classes always sounded terrifying, and mixed level classes were not mixed. Even though a yoga studio should be judgement free, that extra bit of confidence never hurts.
We can work together one on one in a space where you can ask questions, set a specific goal, learn more about a particular aspect of yoga, learn how to create your own at-home sequences, or anything else you would like. Classes will be tailored to you, and you alone.
PRIVATE SOUND HEALING SESSIONS
Come in and enjoy an hour long sound healing session with an assortment of singing bowls, tuning forks and windchimes. I always bring in various essential oils as well, to help you get to that next level of relaxation.
The bowls will provide not only a meditative-like state, but will also help your body on a physical level using varying frequencies and vibrations. I will use the tuning fork on various parts of the body, such as the upper/lower back, neck and forehead.
I recommend you wear comfortable, warm clothes. Everything else will be provided.
PRIVATE TAROT READING
A lot of people are very skeptical about Tarot and other forms of divination. I understand. Here’s the thing: I will not tell your future. I will not predict that exact day and time of your death, or when you get a promotion, or when you will meet your soulmate.
Instead, we will have a discussion using the cards as guides. Over the course of 60 or 90 minutes, we will identify habits, patterns and ways to avoid these. We will look at your current self on a physical, mental and spiritual level and will look at various choices you can make in order to reach a goal or clarify whatever it is you are asking about. You are in charge of your own life and make your own choices. Sometimes it’s just nice to be pointed in the right direction.
Enjoy a cup of tea and some soothing essential oils in the studio.
If online is better for you, I offer online readings as well.
